There are many reasons to train outside like fresh air and that there are no gym fees. But what I’m talking about today is that you become free from a large assortment of “rules” by a gym! You know like not being able to train the way you like or not being able to wear the shoes that you came to the gym in! Other things like extra fees at different times!
