Serving the “Columbia River Gorge” with outdoor and In-Home Functional Training!
Since I started working on my mind/body at 12 years of age, I’ve always had moments that I wanted to give up on improving myself. Every time I really thought “this is it” I would realize that even though I didn’t feel like I was improving as much as I’d like to, that if I quit then I really would have nothing at all! So I’d always look deeper inside myself and somehow develop a “reason to keep fighting!” It has eventually always worked for me! Sometimes better than others but I have always found a way to continue and to look back and I have realized that everything I do positive is never for nothing! It adds up to a whole lot of “something!” So, dig deep and find your reason! Thank you! “The” Trainer
My promises to my clients… • I will always be honest and straightforward with you! • I will always do my best to provide the best “communication!” • I will always stay in great personal shape! (I feel that if I’m training you then I must “WALK THE TALK!” • I guarantee that I will always give you my best in everything we do! (If you know me, that is definitely a “given!” • I will “fight” for you to “thrive” and to give what you’ve got every session!
“The” Resolution… Why did I create this and send it out? I watched a movie called “Courageous” that was about men that wanted to make a stand and create a life around their family that showed how they feel about them. They also decided, after creating their awesome statement, that they wanted to “solidify” it and show that they really meant it so they had the statement put on beautiful paper, framed and they dressed up nicely and had a full ceremony about it! I loved it so much that I got the idea that I’d like to do something for the folks that I care about, my clients! Thank you!
I love outdoor training! – “The” Trainern

I provide something different!
I do not “pre-plan” your entire workout before I get there! That’s a “very good thing!” We “create” your workout based on… 1- your goals 2- How you’re feeling when I arrive 3- What you “feel” like you “want” to achieve in the moment before you begin! 4- What will help make you “happy” and that usually changes throughout the day so we don’t want to make up something before we know how you’re “feeling” in the moment I arrive for your session! 5- how you “feel” will decide what you want to do and what kind of “intensity” you will have “available” for your session! So let’s “use” that to achieve a better overall “session!” 6- however, I also consider the fact that we don’t want to only work the same muscle group all the time!
What to expect every session when you arrive:
• I will always ask you if you have any pain? (If you do then I’ll try to work on a different body area. You never want to ignore pain!)
• I will ask if there is anything you would definitely want to work on or NOT work on for that session! (If you’d prefer to work on something {example: upper body; lower body; cardio etc.} then if we haven’t done a lot of that recently then we’ll probably do it because you’ll apply yourself better if you are enjoying the exercise!)
