Flashback…The day I started to really challenge myself! – “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant

Yes it was almost 12 years ago that I decided to run 5000 miles during the calendar year that I turned 50! But more than that, I also announced that every 10 years I’d increase that amount by 1000 miles! So 2 years ago I ran 6000 miles to celebrate turning 60! When I turn 70 I’ll run 7000 miles and so on!

Someone asked me what if I can’t make it in one change of decade run? I told them that I expected that to happen but as long as I do my best, that’s what really counts! So folks regardless of what your challenge to yourself is, if you do your best then you’ve won! – “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant
