I was once bullied every day on my school bus by the same person and nobody seemed to care! Not the bus driver, my parents or the other students. Having said that and looking back, I’m not sure whether I would have liked it, in the long run, if someone had stepped in and helped stop it or not? I would have definitely liked it at the time but I’m not sure if it would have helped me throughout my whole life the way that the “bullying” has seemed to helped!

Having said that and looking back, I’m not sure whether I would have liked it, in the long run, if someone had stepped in and helped stop it or not? I would have definitely liked it at the time but I’m not sure if it would have helped me throughout my whole life the way that the “bullying” has seemed to helped!

How did “it” happening and my response to it helped me? I decided, because of the bullying, to start exercising and being prepared to protect myself if needed! Because of my experiences I went onto becoming an RN in CCU for 15 years and for the last 20+ years I have been a “Functional Trainer!” Those two things have helped me and the folks I worked with become a better person(‘s)! It all started because of my response to “bullying!”

Looking back, I think that I would have liked someone to maybe say something to the person doing the bullying but not do more than that so I could still have worked through it myself and still have searched for ways to overcome and by doing that, I would still have become what I have! 1. Bullying is so awful to deal with. I also dealt with a lot in school. It’s rough but I firmly believe it forms us into the adults we are today and teaches us exactly what we don’t want to be like as humans. Thanks for sharing! Keep shining!
