Every day I’m finding that being in that “in-between state” is more normal than not and the place I need to accept, to some degree, and also at the same time it’s the place where I challenge myself to improve but acquire knowledge of never really wanting or reaching the elusive “perfection.”

Walk The Talk!

“Walk The Walk!”

…to show that something is true by your actions and not just from your words… ________________________ or… Come up with your own saying! It doesn’t matter what your saying is, what matters is that you “do it!”

How am I “doing it?”

• I take out 2 hours every day for training myself! This doesn’t include my running or my personal training on weekends! Why? This is a promise to myself and to clients so they are assured that my keeping myself in shape makes a statement that “it’s my word that is important!”

• I ran 5000 miles during the calendar year that I turned 50 to celebrate! In 2024 I will turn 60 and i will run 6000 miles to celebrate! This teen of every 10 years and increasing by 1000 will continue! I know that this is a statement to myself!
