Making someone do something by force isn’t as effective (in the long run) as is great communication unless what you really want is to feel like you “have control over another!” — “The” Trainer

I graduated from college in 1987 as a computer programmer but ended up not taking a job for that because “I didn’t want to just look at computer screens all the time!” So I went back to college to get a science degree in nursing (because my mom was in the hospital and eventually died from cancer) Guess what? I became an RN and ended up looking at those darned computer screens about half the time! Lol! – “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant- @61!
