With leadership, I once again point to being a nurse because all the nurses on the unit had to take their turn at being the “charge nurse!” – “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant- @61!

My Teamwork & Collaboration skills definitely improved over the years that I worked as an RN in CCU because when I would respond to a code blue in the hospital, it was always about the “team” because one person could never do it alone! – “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant- @61!
