What skills or lessons have you learned recently?
My Teamwork & Collaboration skills definitely improved over the years that I worked as an RN in CCU because when I would respond to a code blue in the hospital, it was always about the “team” because one person could never do it alone! – “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant- @61!
Anybody that’s a patient will be extremely grateful that the “Code blue team” knows their “STUFF” and is adept at working with the other team members!
