How do you plan your goals?
I have this “thing” whereas I go through life I am constantly setting and working towards “goals!” So pretty much everything becomes a goal!
I find that if a set goals as I travel through my life, I end up being a happier person because my goals are something I can “wrap my mind around and get excited about! I will say that most of my personal goals revolve around improving my “ mind/body!” I have goals regarding things “external to me,” but it’s harder for me to get as excited about them unless they involve me helping someone else with their goals about their “mind/body!” – “The” Trainer




First a goal – then a realistic plan (not day dreaming) will coalesce in your mind.
