If you could permanently ban a word from general usage, which one would it be? Why?
Not a specific “word” but a type of wording would be fine with me if the people decided, for themselves, to not use as much would be fine with me! Which ones? Example: specifically in movies, the “f” word is used, in my opinion, way too much! I really don’t care what the actual word stands for, so much, but it appears that the “writers” use it when they don’t want to “use their minds” and be creative! So it’s a form of laziness, in my opinion! When writing, the writer gets stuck in the “writing” and instead of working through it and being “creative,” they just ‘throw in the “f” word and move on!
