Who are your favorite people to be around?
Many different thoughts come to my mind when I see this question. Basically because of the word “favorite!” The question doesn’t ask what people do I “feel” my best when I’m around? If that were the question, then my answer would probably be something totally different! But the question is “favorite!” So my answer is that I like being around pretty much “all types” of folks because that helps me to better “familiarizing” myself with “LIFE!” And speaking of life, I believe to get a good “representation” of it I need to look farther than just “my own internal makeup!”
If, for instance, I only hung around people like myself then I may be able to “enjoy” my time better, I don’t know! But again, the question doesn’t ask about my “in-the-moment-enjoyment!” It’s about my “favorite people,” which to me indicates a much broader “looking at” from my perspective ! So my choice of being around my favorite people is to get a big variety of folks that I hang around with because I know I’m going to “learn and be tested and challenged” much more which would lead me to a better understanding of my “favorite people!” Thanks, “The” Trainer/Inside Out Fitness
