What do you complain about the most?
I usually complain the most when I am having a hard time “communicating” with someone and it’s an important issue.
Example: I was recently trying to have a discussion with someone on the phone about my retirement plan and she spoke English but I still couldn’t make out much of what she was saying. She was asking me to verify things like my address and she would repeat back to me what I said but sometimes it sounded as though she was saying something different but, in the end, she was actually repeating it correctly. But because of this “communication issue,” it took a really long time and during that discussion, I could tell that she and I were both getting “frustrated!”
