Human beings have a “Infinity for habits” what’s a bad habit you’d like to rid yourself of?

A good way to think about starting to make changes in your life is to review all of your habits and see which habit you would like to eliminate! Humans probably spend more time focusing on “habits” than all the other time put together! Now some are good and some are bad so look at the “negative habits” and you’ll find what you probably need to change! It won’t be easy so another way to look at it is when trying to eliminate a bad habit, at first anyway, create a good habit to replace the bad! That does 2 things: 1- gets rid of the habit that’s hurting you in some way. 2- you start to build on a good habit which will help because you are not just focusing on the bad! It’s extremely hard to try to get rid of a habit if that’s the only thing that’s on your mind, a negative! So by working on a positive at the same time, you give yourself extra “influence” to go ahead and make that “negative to positive” change you have been wanting!
