In what ways do you communicate online?
There is so many ways to communicate on line! I got rid of my Facebook for this year. I usually do that on the big “election years” because I feel that there is so much hate thrown about! But I’m on other sites like Instagram and I put out posts and I comment on other people’s posts. I’m on others like “X” and do the same! Of course I have my website with “Wordpress” and communicate that way! So many ways! “The” Trainer/Inside Out Fitness
