What is your mission?
My “mission?” To help others as best as I can by using the “best of me!” For myself, that means working with others to encourage them to be “their best in their own health and fitness!” Since I can remember, I have never cared about things like fast cars etc. the way my brothers did. What has always gotten my “attention” is anything to do with what I was “born with,” MIND/BODY! So that is what I now know the most about and what I enjoy teaching and most importantly, seeing others “learning” from that teaching! – “The” Trainer Inside Out Fitness
