I train myself 100% of the time outside! Since I have switched from the gym to outdoors, I personally feel so much better! I also have found out that because so much of my training now involves “body weight training” that I have had to learn more about my body and less about machines! It feels great to have to think so much more about my body! “The” Trainer/Inside Out Fitness
