I specifically really like training the “younger
& older” clients because they are the most
“at risk” for many things including “poor health” and also “ Young adults and the elderly were especially isolated in the pandemic.” And they tend to be in that category even when there is not something like a pandemic happening! Also by training the young you are helping them to make proper choices as they age! If someone turns 40 and they are thinking of exercising to improve health and look then they are in a much better “mental” place to actually follow through on it if they had some experience with it when they were younger! – “The” Trainer/Inside Out Fitness
