I can’t float so swimming on top of water is currently out! I can swim fairly well under water until I need to get a breath and then I need to be able to touch the bottom and push myself up or I’m in trouble!
I have taken (twice in my life) a 6 week course (twice a week) with a one to one swimming coach and after I couldn’t get swimming properly, both stated that I had too much muscle mass!
We all have something that is difficult that is relatively easy to most folks and this is just one of mine! – “The” Trainer
