In our lives, when a negative event takes place, choose to look beyond the negativity and see the positive! Yes, the positive will always be there! Read on! — “The” Trainer

Years ago i enjoyed running this wonderful trail called “Eagle Creek Trail!” I ran it for many miles every week. Then some kids were playing with fireworks and it burned down! It burned most of the trees and shrubs and it took a while before anyone could hike or run there again. After the trail opened, many people were complaining because the trees were burned and they talked about how terrible it was. They were correct in stating that many of the tree trunks were blackened but they didn’t continue looking to see what was better because of the fire. Oh yes, there’s always something better, if you look hard enough to find it, every time a “negative” appears! I went to run the trail and noticed that positive change early on. Now that the trees were more out of the way, I could hear and see the creek so much better! So I lost something but gained something great at the same time! “When I look at social media or/and the news, it sounds like the world is total chaos! What helps with that feeling? It’s when I actually talk to people in my area, and they are mostly extremely nice and helpful! I take that to mean that ‘people’ are still the great folks I’ve always known! Pay more attention to face to face communication!” — “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant- @61!/15 yr. experience as RN in CCU

Pay attention to your “reactions” to those bad bullies!

Bullying is terrible! At the same time I have to say that if it were not my “response” to a bully then I probably would never have become a nurse of 15 years and have graduated ‘Summa Cum Laude’ in computer programming and wouldn’t now be an “Outdoor Training Specialist!’

So I would say it’s much more of how we “react” that sets us up for an awesome life and less of what a bully does!
