I would soon learn what it’s like to use an outhouse i(trust me ours didn’t look nearly this good nd i have no pictures of it. Why would i?) a the very cold winter and hot muggy summers! If you’ve never used these then you have no clue! Winter time meant dressing as best you could and go out in the freezing weather. Then setting your butt down and it really got freezing! In Summer, you had to watch out for those huge green flys and those snakes! We had lots of those and about half were deadly! Oh, one more thing, we didn’t have toilet paper, we used old newspaper and magazines!
