Strange and weird? Absolutely! So was the idea of going to the moon 100 years ago! What am i doing? I’m thinking about working one muscle group as I have to continue to “manage the rest of my body” at the same time! Very difficult but gives you a lot! I’m also, by training this way, am keeping my 62 year old body in the best shape of my lifetime and I’ve been training for 50 years! I used to do bodybuilding shows and what many don’t know about them (shows) is that when the judges may call out for the bodybuilders to do a “double biceps pose” they are also watching to make sure that the bodybuilders don’t relax any of the rest of the body and if they do, they get points removed from their score!
