Becoming a “CCU RN” (nurse) has helped me become a better trainer because I have knowledge about the entire body instead of just knowing about muscles and joints (I can’t tell you how much this is needed in a personal trainer). I now can talk to and help people so much more! (Why? Because all parts of body are connected) — “The” Trainer

When I started working out at age 12! — “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant- @62!/15 yr. experience as RN in CCU

I started working out at 12 years of age primarily because I was being picked on by a bully that was 16! I started this so I could fight back and take up for myself. But I never had to actually use my new found muscles because when I started gaining size, apparently the bully noticed and totally stopped his harassment! Later, I would learn that that way is how most bullies deal with things, if it looks like there victim might possibly be able to fight back, they just stop and move onto someone else that they don’t think can do them any harm! — “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant- @62!/15 yr. experience as RN in CCU
