Wow! What a difference when myself and clients started training “OUTDOORS!”
I’m 60 years old!• I only exercise in the great “outdoors!” • I don’t lift heavy weights … • I don’t work out in any gym … WHAT I KNOW – • Muscles grow based on how hard you work! • heavy weights don’t allow more muscle mass to be grown or give more strength than lower weights or bands or body weight! • muscle responds to how much overall tension is applied & you know that is by how you “feel” during and after exercise!
