I don’t use a specific “program” of training even for myself. To sat and write up exactly what myself or someone else should do in a particular order ignores the fact that until the person starts training, it’s impossible to “know what’s best for them!” It’s important to just try many things and go with what works best and then after doing that, to look at the situation to find what is the best next step to take! Imagine the process looking like “basic computer programming,” where you take one step at a time and then are faced with a decision to go “this way or that. — “The” Trainer
